I must be in a blogging mood to post twice in  one day- but here it goes.

As many of you know, I've been laid up for about two weeks thanks mostly to a pair of heels and some not so user-friendly plastic.  (Longgg story)...

Along with the medication and injury came writer's block.  So I haven't worked on anything- trust me, i've tried.  I've read through 'Benches', I've read through 'Edgling', I've re-read 'The Crescent' and the first chapters of 'Half Moon'- all seeking ways to motivate the creative juices and put fingers to keys to spin lyrical magic.  Alas, Harry's wand wasn't working and I can't find the right platform to get back to Hogwart's.

So last night I finally started working on 'Half Moon'.  I stayed up half the night, drank more Monster's than I want to admit, and cranked out eight pages.  But then comes the morning after "hangover".  That seems appropriate since I watched 'The Hangover' three times yesterday.  Thank god I don't have a jungle cat in my bathroom, a dentist with a missing tooth, and a baby named Carlos in my closet this morning.  However, what I do have is eight pages of new characters, subplots galore and the set up for the plot twist at the end that is going to turn out fantastically.

Today is superbowl Sunday and while I will be watching the all important game this afternoon, this mnorning is mine to update the website, write on 'Half Moon' and bake.

I'm off to make banana pudding, pasta and some choc chip cookies.

Does everyone like the new layout?  What about the new graphics?
